The following guests are unable to participate.

  • Guests who are intoxicated or have a severe hangover
  • Guests with a condition that could be worsened by participating
  • Guests whose safety cannot be confirmed by our staff on the day

Cancellation Policy

Please note that the following cancellation fees apply for cancellations made for personal reasons.

  • Free of charge up to 2 days before the tour
  • Day-before to same-day cancellation, or no-show: 100% of the tour price

Additional Notes

  • The tour runs even in light rain, as long as it's safe to do so. However, in strong wind or heavy rain, it may be cancelled — we'll contact you before the tour starts if that happens.
  • No cancellation fee applies if the tour is cancelled due to weather.
  • Depending on weather and field conditions, stargazing may not always be possible. In that case, we'll focus the tour on jungle exploration and wildlife spotting instead.
