Paid Options

Wetsuit rental (1 piece) ¥1,000-
From November to May, both air and water temperatures drop, so we recommend wearing a wetsuit. We provide premium GULL-brand wetsuits, so you can snorkel comfortably even in the cooler months.

Children's wetsuits use a thicker material than the adult version, for extra peace of mind.

If you'd like to rent one, please let us know how many you need when you book.

GoPro camera rental (1 unit) ¥2,000-
Professional photography by your guide is already included in the base tour price, so this option is for guests who'd also like to film their own footage!

Prescription mask rental (1 unit) ¥1,000-
For guests with poor eyesight. Try on and choose from -0.3, -0.4, or -0.5 on the day 🤿

  • Guests with spine or neck conditions
  • Guests with high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, or respiratory conditions
  • Guests who are pregnant or may be pregnant
  • Guests currently taking medication

The following guests are unable to participate.

  • Guests using a pacemaker
  • Guests who are intoxicated or have a severe hangover
  • Guests with a condition that could be worsened by participating
  • Guests whose safety cannot be confirmed by our staff on the day

Cancellation Policy

Please note that the following cancellation fees apply for cancellations made for personal reasons.

  • Free of charge up to 2 days before the tour
  • Day-before to same-day cancellation, or no-show: 100% of the tour price

Additional Notes

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time on the day.
  • The tour may be cancelled due to weather or equipment issues. We are unable to cover any transportation costs incurred in that case.
  • Tour details may be changed at our discretion.
  • If we decide to cancel the tour, we will contact you by 18:00 the day before.
  • To keep every tour as safe as possible, the exact snorkeling point is decided the evening before based on sea conditions. We will contact you with the meeting place and time by 19:00 the day before.
